Cancellations are done on a per request basis, if Customer Support is able to catch the order before it ships, it will be cancelled. The cancellation fee is 2.9% of the order total. If the order has been shipped before the cancellation request was able to be processed the order can no longer be cancelled and is now subject to the Refund & Return Policy.

Every Jill’s Product purchased on jillshomeandgarden.com comes with a 30-day Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods (referred to as the “product”) purchased from Jill’s Home and Garden.
What does this limited warranty cover?
If your product doesn’t work or breaks when you get it … we got you.
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the 30-day Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, Jill’s Home and Garden will repair or replace, at no charge to the customer, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct the problems?
We’ll send you a new one. It’s 100% on us, shipping included.
Jill’s Home and Garden will replace the defective or broken product with a new product at no cost to the customer.
In the case that a replacement is not possible, Jill’s Home and Garden will provide the customer a full refund in the exact amount that the customer paid.
How long does the coverage last?
The Jill’s Home and Garden Limited Warranty lasts for thirty (30) days.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
There are a few circumstances that we can’t cover …. like volcanos.
The Jill’s Home and Garden Limited Warranty does not cover any product with a problem, condition, malfunction or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
- Damage of a product resulting from negligence. (Including, but not limited to drops, improper storage, improper or unintended use)
- Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product.
- Damage caused by natural disaster.
- Theft or loss of the product.
- Shipping is non-refundable
- Extended Warranty: None
- Defective or Damaged in Transit: The Company will send out a one time replacement after troubleshooting the product.
